Excellent storage facility. It's clean, secure, extremely hassle free to set up your rental account online, the grounds around the storage buildings are well kept, and my most favorite of all, you have quick, easy, no hassle, online access.

The online process was easy. There was a hiccup when I got to the facility. My assigned locker was already occupied. When I called customer service, the issue was quickly resolved and was switched to an unoccupied locker. Very good customer service.

My experience has been wonderful so far. I didn't have the correct code for the lock when I arrived so I called them but didn't leave a voicemail. They returned my call right away and solved my issue within a few minutes. I would definitely recommend this company!

The rental price was exceptionally low and within my budget. The facility itself is always a well maintained and secure area (gated) as well as convenient to my new residence. Never once did I worry about my storage items being stolen or damaged.
